Digital delivery and eligibility
Call of Duty Cheats licenses deliver digitally after payment confirmation. Because access begins immediately, refunds are limited to cases outlined below.
Submit refund requests within 24 hours of purchase with your order ID and reason. Include your payment email and license type (monthly or lifetime).
Change-of-mind requests after activation generally do not qualify because the digital product is delivered instantly.
When refunds may be approved
Duplicate charges, failed delivery despite confirmed payment, or technical activation failures verified by support may qualify for review.
Refund decisions are final. Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in license revocation. See also Terms of Use.
Partial refunds are not offered for unused days on monthly plans unless support confirms a delivery failure.
